04. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds & Non-Subscription Cancellations
Business Outside of the Box offers several options on digital products and services.
04a. Digital Products: If you purchase a digital product, you can try it out for 60 days. If you decide it is not a good fit, email BusinessOutsideoftheBox@gmail.com and we will refund your purchase price in full. You can even keep any download. Our 60 day, 100% money back guarantee covers price of the digital product only.
04b. Coaching Services: If you purchase coaching services, there is NO REFUND on coaching.
04c. Subscription Services: If you purchase a Business Outside of the Box Membership, you can choose to be billed monthly or yearly at the time of purchase. There is NO REFUND on these memberships. However, you can CANCEL AT ANY TIME by emailing BusinessOutsideof theBox@gmail.com with a cancelation request.
Discounted Trials: From time to time, Business Outside of the Box may offer a discounted trial of the membership. The discounted trial of your membership will last for seven days.
If your household already has an existing or recent Business Outside of the Box Membership, you will not be eligible for a discounted trial. We reserve the right to revoke the discounted trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible.
Discounted Trial Billing: At the end of the discounted trial period, we will charge your payment method for your full monthly (or yearly) membership fee. Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your membership prior to the conclusion of the discounted trial period.
Billing Cycle: If you purchase a Business Outside of the Box Membership, you can choose to be billed monthly or yearly at the time of purchase. If you choose the monthly payment option, your payment method (including any taxes and traction fees) will be charged on a monthly basis until your membership is cancelled.

05. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Monthly Business Outside of the Box Memberships automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the membership is cancelled. You can CANCEL AT ANY TIME by emailing BusinessOutsideoftheBox@gmail.com with a cancelation request.
Yearly and Monthly Business Outside of the Box Memberships automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the membership is cancelled. You can CANCEL AT ANY TIME by emailing BusinessOutsideoftheBox@gmail.com with a cancellation request.
06. YOUR ACCOUNT
When you purchase Business Outside of the Box training, you will be provided with an account, accessible with a unique user name and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree that Business Outside of the Box store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
07. ACCESS TO PREVIOUS PURCHASES
Business Outside of the Box continually creates and discontinues training products. In the event the training you previously purchased is still available, you may access it by logging into your account. Some Business Outside of the Box training or services that you previously purchased MAY NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE OR ACCESSIBLE at any given time and or Business Outside of the Box shall have no liability to you in such event.
